Bobbie from Breathe Relax Reflexology

Bobbie began her holistic therapy journey in 2013 and has since trained across a wide range of modalities, including Reflexology, Fertility & Maternity Reflexology, Zu Qigong, Reiki (Level 3), Auricular Therapy, Korean Hand Therapy, Acupuncture, and Moxibustion.

Her work helps women move out of survival mode, release patterns of overthinking and pressure, and feel more grounded, regulated, and at ease within themselves.

Natalia is a Associate Acutonics Practitioner who is passionate about health and wellbeing.

Acutonics® is a fantastic, non-invasive modality that can treat all types of physical, emotional and mental health ailments. It combines the foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a form of sound healing. By placing activated tuning forks of different frequencies on acupuncture points and meridians, as well as areas of pain, for the purpose of assisting the body to recover and restore balance.

It’s ultimately acupuncture without the needles and is suitable for people of all ages, including children. You can treat two people with the same symptoms and get two very different outcomes.

Supporting clients with complex trauma, PTSD, past addictions, anxiety, ADHD, overactive minds, alignment issues, insomnia, digestive concerns, peri/menopause symptoms and everyday aches and pains. Creating a safe space for their bodies to heal while helping the body return to homeostasis. Lomi-Lomi Massage/Acutonics Session

A beautiful combination of tuning forks & Lomi-Lomi massage to fully relax & reset the body. The tuning forks are a set sequence designed to reconnect your body, with the added benefits of Lomi-Lomi massage that follow the meridian lines. Forks are used on front & back points, followed by a massage on the back (from feet to neck) to help ground back into your body. (You will need to undress for this session)

Duration: 1.5 hours ($150.00) or 2 hours ($180.00)
