HOW TO TAKE THE ESSENCE
The Emergency essence is taken as an acute essence. The recommended dosage is 7 drops every half hour, or more often, until you are feeling better.
Shake or tap the bottle before each use to release the energy. Place the drops under your tongue. If you have an aversion to alcohol, or if you prefer to for children, you may apply the drops anywhere on the skin.
Each time you take the essence, I invite you to empower your integration of the essence by.. Pausing.
Taking a few full breaths into your heart space, and
thanking the flowers for their medicine.

Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool place, away from excessive heat.
